Hello all! We are doing well. This trip has been beyond anything we could imagine. Weather has been wonderful, we are sleeping well, and feeling well. Thank you for your prayers.
We were 2 nights without internet and are working on catching up on the blog. We still want to share about Masada, the Bedouin camp and our AWESOME camel ride. :) No one can ever tell me that Ann is not an adventurer - she's doing great! Today, after the camel ride, we "traveled UP to Jerusalem", saw the Mt of Olives, traveled the Palm Sunday road to the Garden of Gethsemane. Then to Mt. Zion. WOW!! There's NOTHING like being here.
It's 10:50 PM now and tomorrow we have our usual 6 AM wake up call to be at breakfast @ 7 AM (no we are NOT starving here! The food is delicious!) and be on the bus by 7:45 AM. Today we had our first taste of the street sellers in the city and got a lecture from our guide to not encourage them by buying from them!
More posts tomorrow! Enjoy the picture of us with our camel today. We love and miss you all, Melisa
Wrote a note, but can't tell if it posted or not. Seeing your photos is like being there again. Did you walk down to the shoreline from the Mt. of Beatitudes? Behold the lilies of the field...

Wow! What a wonderful report and fantastic pictures! It was well worth the wait and we will be looking forward to hearing first-hand about the journey. Glad you have mastered the art of camel riding. No telling what will be next - perhaps elephants in India or Africa? You guys are amazing and we are so glad that you are seeing and experiencing the Promised Land.
